FREE RETURN
You have 14 (fourteen) days to effect your request for refund or replacement. Please follow these steps to proceed with your request.

• First of all, send an email to cs.vintage55@the-ffw.com marking in the object "Request of return" or use this CONTACT form.
• Specify what you want to change and you will receive via email the code for delivery for no extra charge (only in case of substitution of item/s).
• Retrieve the return form you received in the pack, fill it in its entirety and specify the article/s previously ordered (Returns), that you want to replace, and indicate the new one (Substitutions).
• Attach all the packaging for the courier, using DHL for orders not made in Italy.
• Send the return to: FFW S.r.l. C/O Fashion Service Via 1° Maggio 10/12, 26858, Sordio, Italy

For return without replacement, upon verification of the integrity of product (as General Conditions of Contract), will be refund only the cost of the item/s, while the shipping costs will be held by FFW S.r.l.
